How to Return a Product

3. Send parcel

Returns Page and complete the return form, including your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

Return Period: You can return the product within 14 days of receipt.

Product Condition: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: We cover the return shipping costs.

Refund

Refund Process: Once we have received and inspected the return, we will initiate the refund.
