Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal:

Our right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are completely excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

* Books with obvious signs of use

* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

* Items that are not in original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error

* Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Refunds can only be processed for items with a regular price. Sale items are unfortunately excluded from refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@boniproducts.de and send the item to: Reichenberger Strasse 15, Nuremberg, Bavaria, 90480, Germany.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the purchase value when the item is returned. Once the returned item has been received by us, you will receive a voucher via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the giver, the refund will be issued to the giver, and they will be notified about the return.

To return your product, please send it to: Reichenberger Strasse 15, Nuremberg, Bavaria, 90480, Germany.

You do not have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will also be refunded.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
